Shipping & Delivery
We've done our best to make delivery as easy and cost effective for you as possible. Although there is a delivery charge involved in shopping with whatastore.com.au, you will certainly get to choose your preferred shipping cost, save time and energy by shopping online.
Delivery times and costs will differ depending on whether you choose to purchase Standard or Express delivery. Please note the delivery times are calculated on business days (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays).
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;
- Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
- Please allow at least 1-4 days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase prior to 2pm, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
- Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays
- Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and whatastore.com.au will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
- Please be sure to provide an address THAT will be attended when delivery occurs.
- In the best interest and safety of your order - please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Privacy & Security
- We respect your privacy. Any and all the information collected by whatastore.come.au will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Returns & Replacements
At whatastore.com.au we will happily exchange for unsuitable items where notice of the intention to return item has been emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after date of delivery. If we are contacted outside the 7 day limit, whatastore.com.au may refuse any requests for exchange.
Items exchanged will be exchanged at the retail prices/values that were effective on the date of the original transaction. Full refunds are only available on faulty items. Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are unable to exchange. It is our Company Policy that under no circumstances are customers allowed onto our warehouse premises. For any exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to whatastore.com.au at the customer’s expense & a return prepaid express post pack must be included for new items to be returned to you. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at whatastore.com.au and deemed a manufacturers fault, and not in its state due to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt with the product.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new and unused condition, and sent along with original email invoice, and with all packaging, boxes and tags attached.
Return of goods via mail
Before returning goods please send us an email to email@example.com describing the problem or reason for return. We will then email you with the return address. When approved, the item/s must then be forwarded to whatastore.com.au. Upon whatastore.com.au receiving the item/s, allow 1-2 weeks from the day you return your goods to process the return, whether it be the exchanged goods delivered to you, a refund, or a credit note issued. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with returns. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the return of the product.
We want you to be totally happy with any purchases from whatastore.com.au and we pride ourselves on working hard to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer of ours.
We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted. Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind. We are happy to exchange or provide a credit note within two weeks of purchase on presentation of a receipt.
Once order placement has occurred, you are engaged in a contract that sees you accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered. Once an order has been placed with whatastore.com.au, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. This email does not indicate acceptance of the order, it is simply a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless an order is cancelled by you - the buyer, the order acceptance does not occur until whatastore.com.au has emailed you informing you that your order has been dispatched. Once this has occurred, the sale contract has concluded.
If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of credit card – we reserve the right not to accept your order. We also reserve the right to not accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item ordered is out or stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is made using eWay. Payment will be processed as soon as your order has been submitted. In the event that your order cannot be filled – a refund for the full purchase amount will be processed immediately.
All credit card transactions on whatastore.com.au online are processed using eWay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts data obtained from customers using Ingrian Devices to provide the highest level of protection available. Ingrian devices provide tamper-resistant protection of cryptographic keys to ensure encrypted data is kept private and secure.
